At Missy Whimsy Art, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We use a third-party Print on Demand service, Printify, to fulfill orders. Below is the return and refund policy based on Printify's guidelines.
Returns
Due to the nature of Print on Demand products, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:
1. **Damaged or Defective Items**: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. You will need to provide a detailed description of the issue and include photographs of the damaged or defective product.
2. **Incorrect Items**: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact within 30 days of receipt. You will need to provide a detailed description of the incorrect item received, along with photographs.
In these cases, we will offer a replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following scenarios:
1. **Damaged or Defective Items**: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the damaged or defective item.
2. **Incorrect Items**: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect item received.
3. **Order Cancellation**: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders canceled within this time frame will be fully refunded. After 24 hours, cancellations and refunds may not be possible as the order may already be in production.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for items where the customer has changed their mind after purchase.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide detailed information about the issue, including photographs of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
Shipping Costs
For approved returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item.
